The Site lets prospective residents learn about Diamond Crest Communities' manufactured‑housing communities and submit a short pre‑screen so we can follow up about availability and the rental‑application process. Submitting the pre‑screen does not create a lease, reserve a lot or home, or guarantee approval.
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you consent to receive text messages from Diamond Crest Communities about your inquiry, availability, and your application. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of leasing or of any purchase. Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy; we do not share your SMS opt‑in or consent with third parties for marketing.
You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide the contact details you submit. Quoted rents and availability are estimates and may change; final terms are set in your lease.
